Refund Method, Processing Time and Receipt of Funds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes five to fourteen business days depending on the bank or card issuer. Customers should allow up to thirty days for funds to appear in their account. No cash refunds are provided.

Special Rules for Digital Content, Subscriptions and Promotional Offers

Digital course content is non-returnable once accessed. Subscription renewals continue automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Promotional offers and gift purchases follow the same refund rules as standard purchases unless the offer terms state otherwise.

Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks and Suspected Fraud

Failed payments must be resolved before course access is granted. Duplicate charges detected by our system are automatically investigated and refunded where appropriate.
